Viroqua Food Co+op

Viroqua Food Co+op is fantastic. They sell a wide variety of delicious foods that always hit the spot. They are currently adding on to their building and upgrading their services, so what's excellent now should be unbelievable good when their projects are finished.

Great selection of fresh, local, and organic foods. Their ready made roasted chicken was fantastic. The store was in the middle of a massive expansion when I visited, can imagine how much more space there will be once it's complete. Looks like it will be great.

In the process of expansion! This place is a gem. Fresh produce, great fruit and nuts selection, plenty of natural personal care products, decent meat, bread and cheese selection, and there is a coffee bar. Decent amount of parking. Currently there are portojohns available in the parking lot for restrooms.

This co-op is everything you would expect for a co-op located in the heart of Driftless culture. The selection for organic and local produce and products is un-rivaled except perhaps to People's in La Crosse. This is a great place to get your bulk spices or your Kickapoo Coffee. Staff is friendly and willing to help.
