Worst KFC I have been too!! The biscuits were rock hard and tasted old, chicken had so much breading it was mushy underneath, coleslaw container was only half full, potatoes already had gravy on them and we like it separate like every other KFC serves the potatoes, and the cashier looked at the bottom of my receipt and ripped it off before handing it to me. After he handed it to me I noticed there was a word that said "free" so I am assuming it was either a survey where you receive something free or it was a coupon for something free....

It's a fine place. There is usually a long wait during the rush hour. It's better to approximate the time before ordering any food from this location.

They did very good with the food, everything was hot and fresh on the buffet. There was not anything that was out of stock on the buffet. So, it's very fair to say that on the main part they did a five-star job at putting their best foot forward. I only took off one star because the dining room was kind of a mess and the condiments were pretty much out of stock. I love me some honey on biscuits. Keep up the good work and you guys will clearly shine above most of what is available in the FM area.

I presented a large order that had to be done correctly for a party. The order was done exactly to my specifications and the service people at the drive through window were polite and very helpful. The chicken and sides were excellent. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I’ve never been so disappointed. Went for dinner, was told to pull ahead in the drive thru, waited about 20 minutes and watched 3 other cars get their food to realize they forgot about us. Went inside to get my food and when I got my food it tasted like i was eating mashed potatoes and plastic. My chicken had the most awful plastic after taste ever. My bfs chicken strips were terrible as well and we threw it all away. Also, I never received a receipt for my order with. WILL NOT GO BACK EVER.

I love kfc. The staff were friendly & the food tasty as always. The gravy had a film on it from not being stirred often, but it was good & not bad. I dropped it a star for not paying attention to that detail. After all presentation is important.

Didnt have huge expectations going in but I was in the mood for chicken so gave it a shot. Even once there were like 20 customers in the building the chicken was only stocked a couple at a time. If you want white meat chicken they have a sign that says you have to ask for it they do not even put it out. I dont think I saw the chicken ever get over 4 pieces and most of the time it was 1 or 2 pieces. Not all of the bins for the buffet were in use. The food was decent enough quality for being on a buffet but with so many options out there for food this location really needs to step up its game.

My family and I ordered the buffet. But once we paid and got out table, we realized that 98% of the buffet was empty. We had to basically order whatever we wanted to eat. And every time we asked for something the workers rolled their eyes. There was one container of napkins in the entire restraunt. And almost every table was nasty.

I stopped at the 25th street south location to have their buffet at 6:03 p.m., there was no coleslaw other than a spoonful, thought they might put some out on my second trip to the buffet. Non! Was hardly any chicken on the buffet either both trips, took the last two pieces on the second trip and was done eating! Was there for an hour,. When I left no chicken or coleslaw still plus the counter where you slide your tray had food dumped on it all the way down plus they had no lids for your drink cup! I watched them walk by the buffet on both sides and didn’t care to look at it! Pretty poor management and employees if you ask me!

I ordered 2 xtra thighs original got crispy.ordered 6 honey bar-b-q wings they were plain no sauce on them. Never got the two dipping sauces I ordered.pop w only 3/4 full.I didn't get any silverware .Had to eat mash potatoes and coleslaw with chicken leg bone .AND THIS WAS JUST ONE ORDER.Iwas so happy I hadn't had KFC for a.long.time.ours closed.what a let down.
