Got robbed on taco meat, basically just in lettuce, sour cream and shell... Got a couple freeze drinks that tasted like soap. So essentially i waited in line at a drive thru for around 15-20 minutes and spent 35$ for an experience that the only pleasant part was a cute cashier and the only positive part was the soapy drinks indicate some cleanliness, otherwise id recommend getting your tacos from a taco johns dumpster, I'd say to make sure your meal is affordable and not made with dish water hands... I hope yall can clean up your staff or maybe spend time teaching them how to cook n how not to cross contaminate cleaning chemicals with the drinks and food... Cashier was super cute but not worth my time, money or effort writing this review but i only hope the next person decides to save themselves this experience next time around.
The location may have its issues but the franchisee will do you right. I had a messed up order like a month ago and I made them aware through the app I believe. Not an angry thing, they just made food incorrectly and to do a quality job they need to be made aware of that. No big deal, but the franchisee mailed me a hand written letter with coupons and a letter inside. They don't need to do that but they did, for a company as large as taco bell to have franchisees that take care of the little guy is huge.
Lobby closed at 7:30pm. Spent half an hour in the drive thru line waiting my turn just to pick up an order ordered online for speed. Even if they close the lobby to diners, they should at least leave a door open for online pick-ups!Service: 2/5
Yummy! There tacos are the Best, hands down. They have the crunchiest shells and are so good. There beef and cheese burritos with tomatoes and sour cream are so good also. This is my favorite fast food Mexican restaurant!!
We ordered along with other things three soft shelled tacos no lettuce. All 3 had lettuce. The ceunchwrap was without meat.... what was the point of them confirming our order when they still messed it up???
We stopped at this Taco Bell for supper before an evening event. Most things were good overall, but we had to ask for different chips for the nachos because the chips we received were like the crumbs from the bottom of the bag. The service was very prompt. The not so great thing was the young female Taco Bell worker on break or something sitting at a table video chatting on her phone very loudly...like nobody else was there. It wasn't always the most appropriate conversation or language either. We sat on the opposite side of the lobby. Overall it was an OK experience.
Better now that it's owned and managed by people with knowledge on how to run a business. Remember the 20-40min wait times to get through the tiny drive thru of no return even with only a few cars in front of you? Lol Ooh! And running out of tortillas and taco shells alongside a couple other things on a regular basis? Was there once when some hire up lady was scolding them about if all they have is coffee and hashbrowns they need to be open and offering that. Ahh memories. Anyways from what I can tell from the few times I've gone there lately it's much faster. I'd give it a try if past times steered you away.
Ordered 4 Crunchwrap supremes sub chicken instead of ground beef. First they made them wrong and didn’t sub the chicken. When I got home they weren’t pressed correctly and there’s no meat in them. I don’t know how you can mess up twice one one order.
Went through drive thru and ordered alot of food for family dinner $$. Got home and didn't receive 4 WHOLE items. But they did add an extra soggy hard shell taco. Even when the drive thru displayed everything we ordered. Will not go back!
Terrible service. Waited 20 mins in drive thru just to tell no beans.. horrible experience
