KFC

This place is definitely horrible. We ordered our food and it was missing 3 pieces, we went back and the Manager on shift not only lied, but she was rude. she lied and said she counted the pieces her self, well we were missing 3 pieces. We will never go back there again. We try hard to support local restaurant and fast food just to help them stay open. For sure we will never buy from this place. They need to have better customer service. they really deserve zero stars.

Easily the best Mac and cheese bowl I've ever had. The chicken was fresh, juicy and crispy. The Mac and cheese was creamy as hell, so good!Food: 5/5

The employees forgot about our 2 fries for our combo meals. So we had to go back and they only wanted to give us 1 small fry, but got him to give us a large after complaining. Then we left and parked somewhere to eat and realized that they didn't give us the right combo meal. I wouldn't recommend this KFC on Robert St.Food: 2/5

Food has been good here multiple times. We usually get original chicken dark meat bucket combos with potatoes, gravy, coleslaw and biscuitsFood: 5/5

I ordered a Pepsi with my chicken sandwich meal. I was given a drink I couldn't even recognize by taste. There wasn't any silver ware in my box to eat my coleslaw.

This place constantly and I mean CONSTANTLY screws up your order. I have ordered from here 5 times in last few years and each time I was shorted on number of pieces of chicken than what I ordered . Always got 2 to 3 less than what was ordered.Talked to management and they did not want to deal with the problem just blew me off. I will never return to this location again.

Staff is always so friendly and helpful. The order is always right and that is important when you go through the drive thru.Food: 5/5

Chicken was not FRESH!!! Thought about getting my money back, but was with someone else. No butter or honey for biscuit. Butter would have been for a side of corn. That was not fresh either!
