Burger King Restaurants

I’m not sure how you can forget the egg on a sausage EGG and cheese Croissant. But not only did they forget the egg but they also squished the sandwich down to less than a half an inch. When called to complain no one answered the phone. Seriously disappointed.

Extremely dirty restrooms. Smells of feces and urine. This location needs a major update. Staff is cold shouldered and food takes a while. Half the food was fresh and half wasn't. Tasted good but it's a real eyesore for a burger King

I've had three terrible experiences in a row. Each and every time staff has been extremely rude and unprofessional. They claim they don't do mobile orders and somehow the item I order is always out off stock when I order through the drive thru. I will not be visiting this location ever again. They need to close this location just like the horrible one on Grand Ave that got closed down. If you don't want to work at Burger King, then don't get a job at Burger King. I hope the owner sees this and considers rethinking their hiring strategy for this BK. The morning staff are absolutely atrocious and need to be fired. And no matter what time you come in, your whopper will be dry and/or cold. Zero stars. Would NOT recommend!

The manager and the girl who waited om me were super nice. The kid that filled my order got everything backwards. I ordered large fry no salt and it had salt and he said that he didn't put salt on it. My friend can't have salt and I love salt and it was nice and salty. I ordered a medium fry with salt and it came with no salt. Her whopper was fine. I ordered a whopper Jr no onions and when I got home guess what it had onions. Lol I just took them off no biggie. I waited 10 minutes in line before I was even asked what I wanted at the drive through. It didn't seem to be all that busy. I asked for a receipt and that machine wasn't working. I use a couple apps that I get points for when I copy my receipts it was no big deal until my order was messed up. The kid I could tell didn't believe me when I said my order was wrong. The manager in the background said the customer is alway right but I don't think that I will order from them again.

Lobby closed at 6pm. Cashier cussing costomers out through drive thru due to customers having more then one order per car. Tried to use lobby cannot use lobby due to the fact that only two workers in the whole restaurant. Cashier very very rude. Lobby window states open till 11pm. Refused service through drive thru and refused to open door.

love it, love burger King. but thus pls sucks. never open. always under staff. and you can't never see or hear what your ordering.

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. They're never open when they're suppose to be, they say that the equipment has broken down I think it's because they want to close early and they are very rude and obnoxious. Don't waste your money go to McDonald's up the road.

Burger King is the KING! Their burgers are soooooo delicious! They are so much better than McDonald's. I also love them because the patty is grilled and not fried. I think that's what makes it stand out. My favorite is the WHOPPER!! Yum yum yum! Tastes like heaven. Also the fries and onion rings are also great! I always order a large one... yeah calories!!! Haha. One suggestion though. I don't drink any soft drinks so I hope I could exchange my coke for a bottle of water. Some stores offer this. I hope that they do too. So whenever I buy my BK meal, I waste money for the coke because I don't drink it. I just leave it in my table and then leave... But other than that, they are the king! Great burgers!! But why the name? Why not Burger Queen? haha! Just a thought..

EDIT: Looks like this place finally bit the dust. No real loss here. Just Don't Extremely slow, the last visit was an 11 minute wait in the dive through and only two cars ahead of me. They don't know how to manage online ordering. They still charge credit cards on canceled orders. Orders are wrong about a third of the time. Totally disinterested staff. Management is not properly trained to manage their employees and the problems this location faces. In dire need of updates and a deep cleaning.

They served me really fast in my bag was 4 Napkins : the area looks nice and clean the workers were nice and friendly and yes I will come back to this Burger King again in the west side of st.paul 55107
