Hands down the BEST Mexican food i have ever had! I can tell you for a fact that you can't find better Mexican food in Minnesota. The pics i took don't do it justice. If you haven't eaten here you need to try it and you'll know what i mean. They know what they're doing and they do it better than anyone. Packed with flavor and made perfect to order. La comida y el servicio son excelentes! And the prices are more than reasonable!! Parking: Easy on site parking available at both locations
Decent fried tacos yet the salsa needs a little more flavor and heat. “ BRING YOUR OWN HOT SAUCE.Recommended dishesFried Taco
Went to the one across from the actual restaurant like dummy but it was still delicious! Really tasty food. Will try the restaurant and have a margarita!!Food: 5/5
Fast and affordable, for the quantity and quality. The house hot sauce is amazing not too hot, but can vary between visits.
Great food. Indoor and outdoor patio seating. Take Out available. Family friendly. Close to Wabasha Brewing, Robert Piram bike trail, Harriet Island and downtown St. Paul for to go picnics. Boca Chica restaurant across the street for formal slow food dining.
It's just shy of a hole in the wall but really was a pretty great spot. Food was quick, inexpensive, and tasty. The taste isn't gonna knab a Michelin star but it certain gets the job done. I do have to give credit to their tamale. Not usually a fan but this was moist and flavorful. Great job guys.Food: 4/5
Best carnitas ever! Although if you were gluten-free be wary they recently changed their corn tortillas and I think They are partially made with flour. So beware if you are gluten free. Otherwise always have friendly staff. And always worth a little bit of a wait if there is one.
We've been coming here for a good while now and always good food. Fast and tasty food. Reasonably priced and a fountain machine for your soda while you wait you can drink one and then refill before you leave. Very convenient with some chairs to sit in. Get the papitas and a burrito and you will be glad you did.
0/10 Customer Service 0/10 Managerial Skills Ordered 4 tacos online, once I arrived the manger informed me my order was not yet ready but that they were working on it and it would be out shortly. After seeing 8 walk-ins all order then receive there orders before me and waiting a total of 30min after putting in my order, I asked for a refund. I get that things happen we are all humans, but don't lie to your customers. This could have easily been remedied by communicating to the chef that my order was a priority or by offering me something for the additional exaggerated wait time or even by simply apologizing for the unprofessionalism.
Fried flour tortillas are the way to go when getting the tacos. They absolutely bring the whole meal up two or three levels. The closest thing I'll ever get my abuelita's cooking that is a high, HIGH compliment in Mexican culture. Food is always made to order and is fresh and hot. This place is so good that I came here after dental work to get that dental office taste out of my mouth, and it was SO worth the pain I was in from chewing. No other local Mexican place comes close. Taco Bell/Taco John's aren't even on the same playing field. You will not be disappointed!
