I’m amazed at how this place is still open. The employees are rude, talk over you or cut you off while ordering, prices are through the roof, and I’ve never had an order come out correct. They could screw up a cup of water given the chance. The Col should be demoted.Food: 3/5
I’d give a zero if I could. Ordered on the app went to KFC and they didn’t have what I ordered, but still processed it. They offered to use something else but it would’ve changed the whole thing. They said I couldn’t get a refund and I’d have to use the app or call for a refund. I was told I’d have to wait an 1-2 hrs for them to be able to process the refund. Definitely will be going to Canes and not to KFC anymore.
One of the worst customer services!!!! I asked for gravy on the side and they still forgot about it. This is the second time they did this. And I dont want to say it is my entire fault for not checking, they should make sure that the items given are complete because we paid for it. Ticket #1801 2023-11-05 this is around 1 pm.Food: 4/5
Staff is rude and have no sense of urgency. I ordered an 8 piece family meal mixed, which means I get white and dark meat. When the lady handed me my food I specifically asked if there were wings and breasts in my box and she said yes. After driving off and checking my order, there were only legs and thighs! Had to park, go inside, and wait 15 mins for them to cook my order correctly. Getting white meat from this place is like pulling teeth. They charge extra and when it comes with your meal, they still don't like giving it to you.
Haven't gone to KFC in a while. And now I know why. The food is not as good as it used to be. I ordered the 2pc meal with extra crispy chicken & cole slaw for my side. My husband ordered 4pc meal. For my meal, my chicken was bland & the cole slaw had a weird taste to it like a petroleum taste. For my husband's meal, his 4 chicken pieces were very small & salty. I don't think we'll be going back to KFC.
I found a nail clipping or bitten off nail with blue polish in my mac and cheese that I brought home. I asked the manager if they had an employee with blue nails she said "let me check" and instantly responded nope. She said she'll get me a new one if I go back and none of her employees had that.
Weekend deal is good. Otherwise the meals are okay in price and the pieces of chicken are getting smaller. No regular style fried.wings just the hot version so that eas a bummer. Staff varies. Some are very accommodating while others may seem a little gruff. Oberall it is consistent with the chain's standards. TIP: they do not accept gift cards that you would use on the mainland because they don't have the reader for it. All Hawaii KFC's are this way.
Order this via Uber Eats for a quick meal with lots of guests and it worked out great.Food: 5/5
Only in Hawaii do I pay extra for chicken breast and receive them with less meat than a thigh! Lol, never again. Your chickens need an augmentation.
Not worth paying $12.00 for a Big Box comes with: 3 pieces chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw supposed to fill you up NOT WHEN THEY GIVE A DRUMETTE AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR A DRUMSTICK AND A THIGH THE SIZE OF DRUMETTE. PROOF IS THE PICTURE YOU BE THE JUDGE OF QUALITY
