Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This Popeyes location is in the Navy Exchange Mall, is my go to place when I need a quick bite to eat. Never had any problems here, food is hot and fresh, good prices, and the staff is friendly. Just go into the building, a quick ride up the escalator, go right, go left, place your order, you got food. Good to go.

The food here is outstanding, personally I'm a big fan of fried chicken... The line is usually pretty long but that is because it is very popular in the food court and everyone enjoys eating there compared to the other food options.... The employees seemed pretty short and agitated, at least the few times I went there they were not exactly experienced in the role of customer service and seemed more focused on the line and getting your order out of the way... I prefer eating at other places in the food court while I'm there so I don't have to interact with the Popeyes employees based on my last experiences, but it isn't the case for the other Popeyes locations...

The Popeyes fast food place in the NEX complex is always busy, but the food is always fresh tasting and the service is good. I always appreciate the staff because they are working as quickly as they can to get everybody’s order filled.

Usually doesn't have all the sides or sauces or blackened chicken which why I don't go here but kids wanted it, ordered some mild chicken and was told 20 min wait at 5pm???? 20 min for what gotta go chase one down in parking lot? And didn't tell us 20 min till after we ordered. We changed it to spicy but this is ridiculous

The cashier offered a special that was being promoted. 11 PC mixed chicken. When I asked for breast and a wing they told me that it was for legs and thighs. I showed the manager where their special said 'mixed chicken' not 'leg & thighs' They would not honor what their sign said and told me that they will make sure that the sign is changed. Worst

I have gone to this location a few times throughout the years and this is the worst Popeyes here on island. From my experience, the food taste like it has been sitting there for hours and have rarely been given my order in its entirety.

Disappointing experience with slow service. Main cause for concern was that the Spicy chicken was salty and greasy, and also no sides red beans, dirty rice, or coleslaw are available.

Food at Popeyes is always good but the cashier Tori C. was just plain rude when i asked if i had to pay for refills, she talked down to me as if i was a child with down syndrome. But ya the food was amazing so 2 stars.

Second time I have been to a Popeyes, first-time in Japan, in the Next and this time in Honolulu Nex, I have to say best fried chicken and friendly service. Very enjoyable. Mahalo

Always hot and fresh! Customer service is good even with the long lines for the new Chicken Sandwich.
