I walked into this store on 11/3 and ordered everything i needed and they still screwed up the coleslaw. This manager [i think her name is kathy] she was more worried about being on the phone than focusin on customers. No employee was upfront to take orders. The manager and assist manager needs a really check

Everytime I stop by for my famous bowl, no matter who's at that drive through window the service all the employees give is 5Stars everytime! Food is hot and delicious. Best customer service hands down!

Last night i recieved burned chicken and poor service and i use them often and this was the frist .I was unsatisfied ,the date was 10/13/21 @8pm and i was already to tired to complan with a phone call if n e one is hurgry i suggest using other locations.

Forgot the cheese on a famous bowl and maybe a table spoon of gravy. I ended up throwing it away at home. Missing all the things to give it flavor.

When we went to order I asked for crispy chicken they told me I have to get a original and very unbusiness like and ALWAYS 35min to 45min waits

Food is good but they didn't give me my complete order.

Not the first time we went and they were "OUT" of this or that. Couldn't even get fish from the Long John Slivers side of the place.

Horrible bathroom cleanliness. Mold growing on the toilets. Service was slow. They didn't have what I ordered so I needed to change it. I won't be back.
