January 31, 2024 10:40 a.m. I went to this particular location because I was in the area and I feel like that was a mistake! I walk in bright and early just opened there was 2 employee's sitting at at table on the phone and 1 girl was sitting on a table on her phone also. I was helped by the manager who said nothing to them. I ordered 24 wings of 2 different flavors, I don't understand why but the one with no sauce on it was in a square box was on the bottom of the bag and the other with sauce was on the top. Well it tilted at a angle when he gave me the bag, by the time I drove away I noticed it spilling out of the container and in my truck!! On the armrest and on the seat! Now I have to get my seat cleaned, this kind of stuff is crazy how people treat each other, so now what I got sauce for now has very little on it because it is in the bag in the trash. See photos for more details! Very sad that you pay people to act like this. Also it's ice cold @#$%!!!!!! and I didn't get a darn receipt, the manager wow really? He may as well been just a regular employee, no smile or nothing I could never be that kind of management!! January 31st 2024!
If you can't staff properly and make customers wait 45 min in the drive thru every visit, then please just close the location. Or you could improve employee benefits and increase pay rates above competitors to attract more quality staff thus increasing revenue and business profits.Service: 1/5
Very terrible service as of 1/10/2024 no longer will go to this location. They didn't take my order at the drive-thru, kept saying hello in the intercom. Go up to the window I see 2 guys & a young girl in the kitchen playing around, it was not busy at all for them to do good service. I had to order at the window, told the guy how upset I was about the service. Got my food home it was not what I asked for, made me even more angry couldn't go back out to this location because of the weather, streets got bad. A manager or the owner needs to be notified of these employees!!!

••• ATTENTION ‼‼‼ DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME‼ AVOID THIS LOCATION we love Popeyes but this location Sucks ! Ordered through drive thru. RED FLAG they can't even fix their drive thru machine sounded like a broken machine when you place an order. Taking our orders and they're not sure if it's available or not. As soon as they swipe our card they told us it's gonna be ready about 5-9 mins so we have to go to the park . Then we wait! Went inside and no one helped us to take our concern. People who work there need training!!! And food must be served clean and it smells gross and filthy. We ask to cancel our order cause of the wait and it seems it is not made. We're gonna cancel and the manager says we don't do a refund!!!! Waste of your time!!!! WE DID NOT EAT THAT FOOD AND GET A PROPER Service!!!! Why !!!!! I wish I could give a negative
On January 11, 2034, I went to the drive through on the corner of 30th and Fort around 9:15pm. I asked if there were any chicken only specials and was told "no." That was not a problem. I looked over the menu and decided on the 24 piece wing platter. I began talking into the microphone to place the order and no one responded. I waited for about 2 minutes and no one came to the speaker to take my order so I drove up to the window. As soon as I drove up I heard the employee come on the speaker to take the person's order behind me in the drive through. When I was at the window, the employee walked away and passed by the window about 8 times talking to other employees, talking on a cell phone and at one point made eye contact with me and waved me off to leave. During all of her walking past me, I was waving my hand and honked my horn once to get her attention. After about 10 minutes of waiting a different employee came to the window and I asked to speak to the manager. Well to my surprise, the employee that had been walking past the window and waved me off was reportedly the manager! I asked her if she heard my order from earlier. She said no. I asked her why she kept walking by when I was trying to get her attention. She said she didn't see me. When I exclaimed that we made eye contact and she waved me off she said she didn't see me. She gave me 2-4 word answers, did not offer to take my order, offered no apology and flat out just didn't give a flying flip! When I asked her name she gave the name Irais, but she did not have a name tag or one that was visible so I don't even know if that was her real name. She was a slender, fair skin woman with dark hair pulled into a ponytail and she wore a light colored hoodie. She was very rude to me for just trying to order some chicken. All in all, I never got the chicken...I got a whole bucket of disrespect, and I left feeling like my time was wasted. We all have bad days, but learning how to manage those feelings and still do an effective job is vital. If I was asked for my recommendation, I would say staff training is warranted here. I might come back to this location. It's in my neighborhood and I like to frequent businesses in my neighborhood...but it may be a while before I go back if ever.
This place sucks every time u go there u wait an insane amount of time the food is always so over breaded and grease balls, they happen to forget one of the items every time but it’s always rung up… says right on the receipt STAY AWAY GO ACROSS THE STREET I THINK SONIC MIGHT BE BETTERFood: 1/5
9 out of times the food is excellent. only issue i ever have is when i say mayo & no pickles. they don't listen. the service is the issue. they have 2 drive thru windows. one one each side of the building. i pull up to one & get a muffles popeyes greeting. start to give my order & a girl says pull up to the window before i'm finished. figured they're having microphone issues. so i pull up & sit there. i continue to sit at the window with no acknowldgement. i can see they see me. then i see a manage point at me & say something to the workers. she don't come check on me though. finally a few minutes later a kid comes up to the window & says " can i help you?" i explain the issue prior & he asks me to go around to other window. when he could've just took my order there. he don't respond to that at all & again says go to the other window. so anyhow i have to pull out into oncoming traffic, back up & then pull back into the parking lot. by that time 3 other cars get in front me. then they screw up my sandwich. no apology for nothing. good work guys!
The lack of customer service always having to wait 30 minutes in the drive-through, the lack of consideration all around for the customers. The food is never fresh even though you wait 30+ minutes do not go to here!!!Food: 1/5
Came here at 4:20pm today. Didn’t get to put in an order until 4:38pm. The cashier on duty decided to have a meeting with manager outside the restaurant while the line of customers backed up. The employees doing drive thru were very busy and it’s not their fault. Eventually one of employees doing drive thru took my order. The cashier came back inside. He started handing out orders but didn’t include any forks or napkins… if you are coming here for a 30 minute dinner break from work don’t you’ll be late!
