The services the funeral home provides in sudden notice is beyond amazing. Families in their time of sadness and grief can have a moment of comfort knowing that the staff take diligent and gracious care of their deceased loved ones. The office manager is the most professional, patient, and nicest woman I have ever worked with and she helped me during my grief in more ways than I can count. I am very grateful for the existence of this funeral home.

I gave Khadijah Alderman Funeral Services 5 stars because they helped my family though our difficult times with class, dignity, warmth and most of all efficiency. They were easy to get in touch with and answered all of questions and handled our family business in a timely fashion. They are transparent with their pricing and my family was completely satisfied with their services. I would give them 10 stars if more stars were available. They are a Blessing to have as a resource in our community.

Khadijah is the best in Philly. Everyone should use them. She have taken care of my father, uncle, and my aunt. All of her staff is pleasant, professional, and very comforting. She’s very affordable. They offer service that you need not up selling you.

I was impressed with the level of constant professionalism. I also appreciated the teaching and transparency of the staff. Many people who attended my family members service including myself had never attended a Janazah. Everything was explained and we felt included. Thank you for honoring my loved one.

Sister Khadijah really came through at one of the most difficult times of my life. Burying a family member is never easy but Sister Khadijah and her staff really made the process much easier. She was compassionate, patient, attentive and understanding. She walked me through that process to ensure that I was familiar and comfortable with what would occur. She took personal care to ensure that my father’s Janazah was seamless. I am truly grateful for the services that she provided. And in an extreme emergency situation, she was gracious enough to allow us to utilize Karimah’s Hall when our event space unexpectedly became unavailable a few minutes before the repass was scheduled to occur. Our family was able to gather and remember right on schedule. Sister Khadijah is a beautiful soul and we are so fortunate to have work with her in laying our father to rest. Khadijah and her staff did an amazing job with my husband's janazah. From the preparation and handling of the body, to the detailed descriptions of what to expect throughout the service. The service was done respectful of Muslims and non Muslims. No one was made to feel uncomfortable, due to every aspect being explained along the way. I highly recommend this funeral home. HABIBAH

The service that was provided to me & my family was exceptional when my husband passed away. They did an excellent job. They responded to calls and messages very quickly. Since then, it's been extremely hard in trying to get a return call. I have called multiple times about a certain matter, someone would answer & I would leave a message but never get a return call like I was advised by the person that answered. That part of the customer service is not acceptable.
