Kiddies Kollege

I did not have a pleasant experience in this center. There wasn’t any order amongst the office administration or staff. Especially, Bianca Smith (owner). She was not where to be found when it was time for me to get paid and when she did pay me it wasn’t the correct amount. I never got to speak with her directly but through her son that worked at the center. The center was not developmentally friendly for the children either. There weren’t many age appropriate manipulatives or books in the classrooms and many of the teachers were incompetent. They didn’t have good classroom management or it did not seem like they had lesson plans they followed. I fully agree with learning through play but I would not want my child in all day recess. There were not proper cleaning/sanitation products in the classrooms and many of the children stayed sick because of this. Do not bring your child here. Save your time and money. It’s a show put on in the beginning and once you’re inside things go downhill. Bianca Smith is the Houdini of daycare owners. Extremely unprofessional and lacks proper communication skills. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I am a returning parent of Kiddies Kollege. My first child attended 10 years ago, due to the family based atmosphere and the love received I decided this would be the only place for my now 11 month old to attend and I most say I was right. I truly appreciate the the care my 11 month old is receiving. He has been at the daycare for almost 6 months now. I would consider myself a person that worries and does not trust easily; however, with this place, I drop my child off knowing he is being well taken care of. He also smiles getting out the car going into class each day. Kiddies Kollege has great staff and leadership. The owner is 100 plus percent involved in the daily activities of each class room, she also steps in where needed. I am a true believer that in order for a business to be successful it has to begin with great leadership. The staff are great as well, always greets everyone with a smile and provides motherly love to my little one. I would continue to recommend kiddies kollege to any parent.

This place is TRASH TRASH TRASH. The “owner” is a freaking psycho and failure at life. She needs to be thanking God everyday her Grandmother was nice enough to let her have this business after she passed. She must have known she would never be able to do well working with others being a whole schizoid. She is evil to her staff and the children, and she is very manipulative. Don’t believe her sob stories, she knows what to do to get what she wants. A thief, a liar, a true unappreciative snob, and a lonely balding joke that is so bitter she won’t get out of her own way. Do not bring your children here seeing as: you will go through meeting a new teacher and director every 4-6months because of the toxic environment, you will be begging for books and materials for your children till your throat gets dry, classrooms will always be out of ratio, and ultimately she does not care about you, all you are is a dollar sign. As easily as you’re enrolled, it’s even easier to terminate your care in her eyes.

I only gave it one star because you have to give it something. Take your children to place that isnt just about the children but also it’s staff. Managers need staff to be successful and abusing the staff is a good sign of how your child will be treated

Where is ZERO! Stars option!? I don’t know where to begin with this place!!! The owner is disgusting right along with this unsafe unsanitary unreliable place she calls business! There’s “teachers” or babysitters running out to have conversations with people on the street! I couldn’t get out of there fast enough!! Look further, don’t even go in to take a piss!
