I love this shop. Rachel is a highly skilled mechanic and I trust her with all my bikes. She is thorough and always makes sure my bikes are running in top shape by taking care of the small things that often go overlooked. And Zena, the shop cat, is an absolute sweetheart. I go out of my way to come here.

Shifting fixed, rims trued and I'm back in business! Thanks Rachel for getting me back on my bike. Also, Killer Queen has an adorable shop kitty.

Left my bike to be on 7-20 made an appointment to pick up no one showed UP? Left a message when they asked how can i help you today? They never said anything after that nor did anyone show up . how would you feel and not noting how to get my bike BACK ?

Second and last time I've been there in 6 months. Won't go back. They don't deserve the single star.

Nice job on my Pinarello bottom bracket.
