Kin's Wok

I have been patronizing Kin's Wok for many years. They are always very quick to answer the phone and take your order. They take the time to always repeat your order back to be sure that it is correct and will not hesitate to make any sort of substitutions or special requests. Their food is very well prepared, never undercooked and only once did I experience beef teriyaki being slightly overcooked. They are generous with their distribution of condiments and will certainly provide extras as long as you ask. Their prices are very reasonable and their menu is quite complete. They have lunch and dinner specials as well as daily specials. They offer catering services and do have discounts available by way of coupons that are attached to their menu, so be sure to ask for a menu when they deliver your food. This way the next time you order, you will be able to take advantage of those coupons! And who doesn't love a coupon? LOL. Their delivery service is excellent. If they tell you 30 minutes, they will be there in 30 minutes and sometimes a little less! I have never had to wait very long for them to deliver. I think the longest I've waited was maybe 45 minutes. They are very friendly and very accommodating and have very good recipes for their dishes. The only reason I gave four stars, which if I had a way to do it I would have given four and a half Stars, is because their bourbon chicken comes with onions, and is not quite the same recipe as what I am used to for bourbon chicken. Not to say that it does not taste good, oh no, it tastes very good! But it's just not the recipe that I prefer. So if that is a reason to deduct a half a star from a 5-star rating, well, then so be it. Give Kin's Wok a try. I don't think you will be disappointed. Now, if you will excuse me, I'm hungry and I think I need to make a call to Kin's Wok for some General Tso's chicken!

We orders from Kin Wok VB at 6:18pm through order up. At 6:45 we received and email saying our order was canceled due to being to far. Kin Wok VB was delivered to our house 15 times before. They always took an hour to get here but it was good so we overlooked it. I called the restaurant and a women told me the 4.2 miles was to far. She had no answer as to way they had delivered 15 times before. She also had no answer as to why they waited almost 30 minutes to cancel the order. After our call she call me back to argue with me. Poor customer service! I will never order from them again. Save yourself the trouble and order pizza.

Excellent customer service. My fries and lo mein was over cooked and they re made my order and delivered it back to my house in the snow. Great service and great food

Horrible customer service. Have gotten multiple deliveries from this company and now they are saying it is too far. 4 miles is not far and called back to argue with us. Took them 30 mins to let us know the order has been canceled. I will never go with this company again for my Chinese food ever again. Totally not professional.

Our orders are fast, accurate, and delicious. My only qualm with this place is that there is *always* a little girl — literally she is in elementary school — running the register. She's there when I pick up an order and she's there when I call in a delivery. She does She's adorable, polite, well-spoken, adept at cash and credit card handling, and consistently unsupervised. BUT if you need a modification to a dish, please be advised she may need to put you on hold and ask an adult.
