Peter Chang Restaurant

Probably the best Asian cuisine I have ever had. I've never had a bad meal here and I try to make it out at least 2 or three times a month. The food is rich with spices and very fresh herbs making most dishes spicy and extremely flavorful. Since most of my friends have bland taste I don't get to go as often as id like but its delicious and they have some amazing lunch specials as well. For larger parties, they have large tables with lazy Susan tops so food can be served family style and sharing is encouraged.could not recommend highly enough.

I can not say enough great things about Peter Chang's Restaurant. We love the food and I can honestly say after dozens of visits that I have never had a bad bite. We recommend going with a party of five or more and getting a table with the giant lazy susans so everyone can share. We love the decor, the staff is always accommodating, and this is our favorite place to go for special occasions. Stop at the front wall and read all about the owner and his inspiration, we know you will enjoy!

I have been here a couple of times. I am still unimpressed with this place since every single time I have been here, their dishes have been mediocre or less. The last time I was here the meat was like chewing on rubbery mush. The pictures provided in this review is what really bugged me about the dish I was served. Not only was it mushy meat, the vegetables that came with the dish, were bitter, had no flavor at all and were overcooked or boiled, I really don't know. This dish completely confused me. I had told the front desk about it and they said they have been having a hard time with the chef they hired. In the back of mind I was thinking, if you are having problems with someone you hired that can't perform their job and take orders, then why the heck are they still employed here? I don't know if I will give this restaurant anymore chances as I have not liked it any time I have been here. The only reason I will not give this one star, is because the waitstaff and manager are generally nice people to deal with.

Went to Peter Chang with my family but I also had to test out my strength by opening the heavy door. We were seated in a comfortable booth and greeted by our waiter Terrence. He explained to us the menu and welcomed us on our first time here. We ordered the Scallion Bubble Pancake and the Crispy Pork Belly as an appetizer. When I say the pancakes were huge, they were. We had almost got full just off appetizers. We ordered water and sweet tea as the drinks. The sweet tea was very good. We did not have to add any extra sugar unlike some restaurants. For dinner we had the numbing pot and the golden chicken. When I say this place is good. . it's good. AND I DONT EVEN LIKE CHINESE! Terrence made sure we understood the menu & answered all questions. He also made sure that our glasses were full at all times. They accept militate discount and there is also a groupon online for them. You cannot combine both.

Had a nice lunch mid-week. Everything from the quality, taste, portion sizes, and prices were absolutely perfect. Can't wait for our next visit.
