Beware "There are no returns and replaces even you get the defected piece". Don't fall for cheap selling tricks with lower prices, not worth at all. Better go where you have better customer service. I bought the king bangalore mattress for $475+tax+delivery and when they actually installed it, there was a dip at the center where the bed generally folded. When I asked the installation guy, he told me that it takes few days to settle down. After a month, still same issue and I was told to flip the bed upside down and all those circus stunts. Still, no hope and when I requested a replace/refund of money they told me that they dont have any such policy and only way to fix is I had to wrap it on a cover even this one you need to get them prior and then drop it at their warehouse on the scheduled date. And the overall process to inspect and fix the issue would take anywhere from 6 to 10 weeks and there is no guarantee that it will be fixed properly. They are doing a cheap trick in doing the business and dont fall for it. Better go with something where you have proper customer service even if it costs you little extra money.

Bought pillow from here n using them from past 3 months till now no complaint but i dont know how long they will last. Somehow i don't have a very strong feeling to go for mattress too. I doubt whether the matteress will last long. One more thing is i wonder why they donot accept payment through visa card. They accept only cash or check.

I bought queen size mattress from them after hearing that they sell hard mattress which they claim like the ones we get in India and help with backache. After using it for couple of months my back pain aggravated and now I am thinking of dumping this poorly made bed. My recommendation is to avoid wasting money on this cheap uncomfortable bed…

Firm cotton mattresses that provide excellent lumbar support. Reasonably priced and very good quality. All our mattresses are now from here!

Their mattress cost more and the treatment that you get is worst. They don’t know how to engage with their customers - sorry to say they don’t even treat you like a customer. Be prepared to be treated like a beggar. You will wait a lot of time and when get to talk, that lady don’t even look at you to speak. She will look somewhere and do something and talk. It’s the worst experience I have had recently.

I recently made several purchases from here that required delivery service by Jose. Let me first start off by saying, that the merchandise is of good quality with affordable prices. I love my new sofa set and dinette set. I am definitely coming back here for more furniture. For the delivery service, Jose was extremely respectful and professional throughout the entire time. I do not believe the accusations made against Jose have any truth to them. From my experience with him, he is a person of high moral character and is not the type of person who would steal someone's phone.

We brought our dinning table from here. Unlike many other furniture stores they do not over quote and allow you to bargain. I checked few other stores for the same model they gave me the best price. This is not a place where you have lot of models on display. If you already know what you are looking for then you can get best price here.

King Futon has the really firm mattresses, similar to what most indians are used to... I had bought one king sized mattress for myself. Now 6 months later, I am buying a similar Queen sized mattress for visiting parents. The prices are reasonable and I like their service. This is _not_ a retail store so don't expect it to look like one.

I bought Mattress, box spring and bed frame. they delivered bed frame after 2 months. When i check my boxspring&mattress on top of bed frame, it is too height now. I faced 2 issues. 1 frame + box spring + mattress = height too too high. They told they cant help in exchange the box spring with lower height for my unused box spring. 2 bed frame contains LED lights. They are not working at the time of installation. That installation guy told to put charging for some time and he left. Now, i am following with King futon to fix this. I feel they are irresponsible in handling the customer when some problem comes. Overall, i feel they are running unethical business.
