This place is AWESOME!! I got everything I wanted for my new oven and them some!! The price was great, the customer service was awesome, and the installation was perfect!! They took care of everything - I had no worries!! I absolutely love my new oven - it is so beautiful!! I will be back before the end of the year to buy a new refrigerator!!
We purchased and paid for 6 Thermador kitchen appliances Dec 2021, after 6 months we got first appliance, last item we received Dec 2022 was hood. Bad delivery, broken box and many scratches, we have to take as it because don’t want to wait for one more year replacement.
We always find competitive prices at Airport Home Appliance but I also want to compliment the customer service we received from Lilian Tu of sales. Thanks to her follow up we had outstanding response from GE on a product issue. After the appliance was delivered. Good prices are important but this high level of responsiveness is even more valuable. We will definitely be back for our future purchases.
Had what we wanted and price was good. Delivery was excellent and oh boy, they put two big hardware stores to shame. So freaking glad my husband said let's go here. All around good service. Going back there for our gas stove since the refrigerator was so easy! Our salesman Antoine was great. Highly recommend and I was doubtful at first.
Fantastic company to work with and super hassle free!! Caveats for this order: I knew exactly what I wanted and placed the order online . The order was promptly ticketed on the next business day and luckily, my purchased appliance was in-stock. The company worked with me to schedule arrival to accommodate me. Seems obvious but other companies before have been pushy or not willing to expedite/delay to accommodate me, the buyer. The installer group that they work with is also PHENOMENAL. In and out in a jiffy and focused on being clean and hygienic. Highly recommend buying all appliances from Airport Appliance!!
We visited the store on South Bascom looking for a new washer and dryer. Christ, our salesperson, was very helpful in showing us possible choices given our preference for brand and washer capacity. We completed the transaction and scheduled the delivery/installation. When the delivery/installation people arrived they seemed to be in a hurry. The new units we ordered were two inches wider and the door to the laundry room had to be removed by us. I had taken the day off and this isn't a big deal for me but had my wife been alone it would have been. They installed the washer and dryer and as we were signing the close out we noticed that when they squeezed the washer/dryer through the door it had scraped paint onto them. They didn't mention it even though it was in multiple locations. Fortunately I was able to buff off the paint. Once they left we noticed they hadn't installed the steam function on the dryer which requires a "y" connection and cold water hose to the dryer. This was a new feature for us so we didn't realize it until after they left. I immediately called the store and explained the situation. I was told that the completion of the installation would have to be scheduled for later date. I wasn't happy about taking a day off and ending up with an incomplete installation. Five days later different installation people arrived and completed the installation. Overall, our experience in store was very good. It's the delivery/installation issue which lead to just a 3-star review.
After extensive research on all kinds of dishwashers, we settled on a Beko from Airport Appliance. Unfortunately, the experience with the product has been FAR from satisfactory. First, the installers came and discovered that the product was defective due to a leak, so they needed to return the product. The next delivery date was scheduled for 4 days later! That was annoying enough. Then, I got an email at 6:27am, the DAY OF delivery, that the delivery was cancelled due to damage on the dishwasher. Even though we were told the night before that they were delivering the product. Why have BOTH dishwashers been defective and damaged? When I called to inquire about the product, I was told they would look into a next day delivery, but couldn't assure me that it would be the next day or even if I could get the same product and that I might have to consider a different model. So this upcoming installation will be the third attempt of getting this dishwasher and I'm already anticipating there being a problem with how this has gone. Needless to say, this has been a very frustrating experience after taking two days off work. Buying my car was an easier more painless experience than this. I do not recommend Airport Home Appliance and will never use them again in the future.
I had the best customer service from sales specialist Rickey Peter at airport appliance in San Jose. His recommendations were customer focused, and he promptly scheduled the next-day delivery after purchase. Every email was responded quickly and questions answered. I could not be happier with his service!
Easy buying experience with Derrick. I have done my research before I got into the showroom and Derrick was very informative and helped ease the buying process. The installation/setup had a minor issue with the refrigerator door misalignment and had difficulty communicating to non English speaking delivery crew. But Derrick has jumped in and helped to resolve the issue within couple of days.
