I have been driving by this store for YEARS and finally went in to check out whats new for my back. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and nice. The women there helped me to figure out what was best for me. There is no pressure here either. They let me sit in a massage chair for awhile and showed me around their store describing each product with great detail. It was so nice to not feel rushed and I will defiantly recommend everyone I know to come to this place! Also turns out my physical therapist knows of this store and recommends them too. Check it out! Cheers!!
Jen was fabulous. She worked with me to do the entire transaction on the phone and via email given that I was more than 50 miles away, and she was always responsive to my questions. This is the first time as a remote employee, and the desk and keyboard are great! No pain in my back or my wrists! Thank you!
My reson for visit was, i bought a lumber support seat online and went in store to return it. un-fortunatley they don't return online items in store but The lady manager/superviser jennifer Lee. She was very helpfull.she called corporate office and help me return the item & i bought the new luber support with extra cushion foam.she adjusts that seat and good thing. I can go any time there and adjust my seat for my back comfort.
I have been to this location a few times recently and have had a great experience every time. The employees are kind, knowledgeable, and great at finding just what I need. They have also been very patient as I ask lots of questions and try out their wide selection of products. I will definitely return to this location!
Want a chair that will make your back feel great? want to spend thousands of dollars on it? They've got your back. Also stocks mattresses, specialty pillows, massage chairs, etc. at inflated prices.
It should be noted that their cheapest computer chair is 850 dollars. Staff is awesome though. Rating is for there prices.
Great variety of everything for your back. Very expensive, but the quality is top notch
