Love this store!! For Prom time I always need extra hair extensions and this is ‘THE PLACE IN KNOXVILLE TO GO’ love the customers service Super nice and helpful!! The abundance of shades for clip ins is amazing there is a extension for any hair color!!! This place makes my job so much easier no ordering out of catalogs praying it’s the right shade and their prices are so low!!! If you’re looking for wigs or hair extensions you have to go here love it 💖💖

I do not shop at this store anymore. The quality of human hair is terrible. Customer service sucks and the sad part is, they are African American women working the floor who are not professional and you have to go look for them and they are too busy doing their own hair. Then when you approach them they are looking at you like you are crazy and don’t know anything about hair. And the Koreans act like you are going to steal something out of the store. So I go else like Atlanta to buy the best quality hair and nicer people.

Personally I try to avoid this store. I get all my products from Nashville, Atlanta, Memphis or Dallas TX. I travel a lot. This store is very expensive and they have no competition.

The owner here has a very bad attitude. The staff was helpful and friendly. I took my mother here 30 minutes to an hour prior to them closing and this was here first time trying on wigs so of course she had questions to ask and the first thing that comes out the owners mouth is "I don't know why everyone wants to come late and try on wigs." First of all that's not how you treat you customers aka a potential buyer. Needless to say I will not shop here. I don't spend my hard earned money with snobs who have attitudes. Other than that she does have good quality of hair and products.
