I went here to make a major hair color change on 12/13/17, the man working there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I knew his name, but my color came out perfect.

Picked up some shampoo that was buy 2 get 1 free deal. (tiny bottle that was 8$). got a raincheck because they only had 2 in stock. i live in indianapolis, and bought these when i was in the smoky mountains. i assumed that i could call them, or have them ship the product to me when i got home. but when i called they said the rain check shampoo would have to be picked up in the store. this was the second day i called ; the day before i called and they said "call back tomorrow the manager can do transfers". one star for lack of flexibility + deception a very expense bottle of shampoo.
