Such a kind staff! They were fast, efficient, patient and kind. It was such a pleasure to work with them!

Problems with picking up my UPS packages. Kings Bay chemist Provides UPS pick up service. However, the clerk refused to release my pkg. I had to call UPS and get the clerks signature, and show it to him! And even then he continued to give me rebuttal after 10 minutes he finally gave my item which was at the location all along!

Rude staff. Whenever I use the store to get my medications, the sales clerk comes off rude and ruins my mood. This is 2017, not 1990. Customer service is everything nowadays thus the clerk should adjust to proper etiquette.

Efficient, not rude. Prehaps little intimidating that the pharmacist is behind an elevated counter that is mostly blocked by stuff.
