Why you guys Never!never answer your phone? Is this part of your great customer service? Part of my challenge is that this pharmacy will not pick up their phone. I have twice in the last two weeks actually walked over to the pharmacy and waited in line so that I can talk to the pharmacist face to face. While making these unplanned visits, I hear an automated announcement about incoming calls that are not getting answered. I see what’s happening. The pharmacists are working diligently with the customers who show up. I can only conclude that they are understaffed. Then why do you guys have a phone number???
What a nightmare of a pharmacy and to think people’s lives are in these incompetent peoples hands. Risky business gambling with your and you’re loved one’s lives coming here. It’s a shame to have a big pharmacy in the neighborhood and it’s nonfunctional. Never, ever will your phone call be answered forget it. ZERO stars. This store needs a new strong store manager to shake things up and fix it up quick before it’s too late and no one will show up anymore.
Called to see if my prescription was ready. Pharmacist asks for my insurance info than tells me it’s ready. I walk over and am then told it won’t be ready for an hour…. What kind of incompetent and inconsiderate garbage is this? Since the pharmacists here clearly care so little I’d be concerned that they’re even paying enough attention to fill out the proper prescriptions. I won’t be coming here for my prescriptions any more and I will be notifying the corporate office of the negligence I’ve experienced due to the lack of consideration given to customers.
Pharmacy works are rude, script sent yesterday went next day in the evening and was told that it’s not ready. I have to “just wait until tomorrow “ with a attitude to top it off. Save ur time and go somewhere else.
Everyone be aware this location steals your money for "kidscents contribution" without your knowledge! It happened to me twice in a row with the same cashier and a store manager. when I asked about refund, they refused saying It's Rite Aid who stole my money and it's not their fault.. What a shame instead of serving customers honestly they steal their money!
Purposely does not answer phone calls. There is no means to check the status of your prescription unless you go into the store itself. You will not be able to reach anyone through the phone. I have been trying for around 3 hours now.
Always understaffed and they keep locking up more and more things that require a staff member to gain access to purchase. Expect long lines with little to no help from staff members. It's like they don't know how to run a functional store.
Terrible pharmacy, they won’t answer their phone, I’ve connected successfully once in 13 tries and they said my script wasn’t submitted yet my doctor sent me proof but now they won’t answer the phone again.
Very unprofessional pharmacists. Never answer phone calls. Worse branch ever. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They are very rude.
Very bad service, never pick up the phone, they are overvelmed, not professional, nervous. They need a good management. People complain many years, but they don’t really care.
