We went to a couple of places. This place was 30% less than the other guys with the same layout and product. They helped us design a layout and gave as 3d plans. We were able to go back and forth and get the layout we wanted. They also gave us options on price by using high end and mid end cabinets. One cabinet door was damaged from shipment and we were a little short on crown molding. They sent out a new door and a new stick of molding with no problems. Highly recommend.

Had a great in person experience with the designer. It was an impressive place and she was able to whip something up very nicely. We asked her to email the estimates when she was done... and we waited and waited... then half of the estimates were sent out. We emailed to ask for a followup meeting online and waited and waited for a response to our email for another 3 days... Finally I asked to speak to the manager who made tons of excuses and told me how I had "hurt his feelings" by complaining about not getting a response... sat through 10 minutes of his berating me and asking "hey do you want to pay more for your kitchen cabinets? You'd be the first one does..." Awful customer service....
