Mountain City Cabinets

The absolute worst place I've ever dealt with in my life. They made a mistake on our order, refused ot fix it until we gave them our check for remaning amount due, so we did (Huge mistake on my part) And then called me and said it's fixed, come pick it up. (He cashed my check already) We came, and he did absolutely nothing to correct the mistake. When I asked him about it, he totally flipped out on me and proceeded to call me every cuss word in the book for the next 15 minutes, (yea all of them) and told me to get out. Keep in mind, I never took a confrontational approach to any of this. To me this was a routine mistake that anyone could have made, no problem, I just expected them to fix it. Nope. Never got anything fixed. It was obviouos this guy had no idea how to take care of clients, he was always right, the client was always wrong. It was clear nothing was going to get resolved. I just left. No idea how a business owner like this can stay in business. We roll out the red carpet for our clients, and its still a tough world at times. How guys like this stay in business, I have no idea. I wouldnt recommend my enemy to go here.
