Love this store! There is always a line but it's worth it! The Kith desserts are also so good! They had the dapper dan exhibit really cool!
Super trendy clothing and shoes. I love how the pieces are sort of obscure and something you won't necessarily find in your average sneaker/clothing store. And ice cream too?? I'm sold!
I bought this shirt about 2 months ago. I never machine washed as instructed. However, every time I hand washed the water turned to black. The shirt color fade so bad. Until this time, I used a regular detergent to hand wash the shirt, it is completely ruined as attached pic. The owner has already refunded me with store credit. I originally gave 1 star but I will add 2 extra stars for the customer service.
I recently shopped at this location on a busy Saturday and I must say there is a fun atmosphere and the staff is well versed in their product. I shopped with Angelica who went above and beyond to assist me with my shopping experience throughout all three floors. I was pleasantly surprised with the service considering how busy it was that day. Will definitely be returning!
Cools spot. Looks really cool inside. I’m not a hype beast so I don’t know what I’m looking at. But everything looks really cool. I bought a pair of underwear. They fit well. They make my junk look big. So overall great purchase. Staff was very friendly.
I visited Kith store from Washington DC, I have to say that I walked into multiple stores that day and the customer service at Kith store was the best. The staff was super friendly full of positive energy, I want to mention Charles and James they are doing great job. They made me feel very welcomed. I will definitely be back there.
I placed an order for $1019 worth of clothes, but unfortunately when they arrived they all fit very small so I needed to upsize. I contacted Kith and they told me they would charge me $47 return shipping, which I thought was a little high since they other charged $33 shipping to place the order, but whatever at this point. Once I returned the items they credited me back just over $500. To my confusion I contacted them to see if they could fix what I thought was an error on their part. They told me that duties are non refundable and I would need to contact customs to get a duties refund. I paid the duties through Kith and the customs office cannot refund me because I have not paid anything to them directly, and I obviously don’t have a duties receipt since the duties were paid by Kith and not me. Secondly, the credit note they issued after the fact states that I would get a refund of $690, however when asking about why I received $500 instead, they do not respond. Now I have been waiting for weeks without a response from them and without a resolution so I basically paid $1019 and now I am stuck with a gift card for $500. I do not wish to purchase anything from this company ever again as they really left a sour taste in my mouth and I expected way better customer service from such a large and “reputable” company. If you have any issues they will not try to resolve them, only answer with generic one line answers. And then they will stop responding all together and keep your money. Great!
Trying to figure out why people shop here at all. Reading the other reviews, it's plain to see that poor customer service is the norm. Even the responses back from the business state "please email us, we want to understand how to better improve future experiences". Just understand this: hire people so that your atmosphere is less pretentious, and instead meets the value you think you're worth with your high price tags. You can't just demand your high value, you must earn it.
The store is amazing but their shipping takes forever and their customer service staff is completely unwilling to even attempt to help move the process along. I've been following Ronnie Fieg for over a decade and with all the attention to detail he puts into everything I'm surprised he hasn't tried to train his customer service staff and improve their shipping times. When all of your competitors offer same or next day shipping a 5 day turnaround is less than impressive. For a business that I know strives to be the best in everything I have seen them do it is disheartening to see such an essential part of the process be neglected. To the customer service person who responded to my email the fact that it states in fine print on the website that there is a 5 day processing period doesn't change the fact that it is way behind your competitors and among the worst in the industry. Your customers are obviously willing to spend more than the average consumer for their goods but we expect a certain level of service to come with that.
Lia Kim is a one of a kind helpful employee. She was communicative and reached out to people/followed up frequently so that my issue— which was not even her responsibility — could be solved. I am so so grateful for her assistance and have fallen even more in love with the brand because of how awesome she was. So here’s to Lia Kim
