be aware if you want to rent from knaack that their prices are fair for the properties. it's not a "steal", they are old buildings in prime spots. you will have to make due with mice and peeling paint.

Horrible.....left us with a bathroom sink that was backing up with sewage. Took 4 months to fix a fungus growing bathroom ceiling. Mice infestation in the whole building from others that had vacated. No maintenance, no problem solvers. Alot of the runaround. Paying 850 plus for the pool, that is haedly ever clean. Stay away from them.

monsters. absolute monsters dont give them time or money.
