I'd give them a solid 4.5 as a property management company. Majority of the experiences I've had with them have been great. Only a few instances of delays with responding but most of the team members are very helpful. Two main team members that I highly recommend working with are James Nielsen Prop Manager and Michael Smith Realtor. Both have been extremely professional, and I plan on continue working with them in the future.

Michael Smith at Renters Warehouse was great! He communicated well with me whenever I had any questions or concerns. This is my first time working with a property management company and I'm glad it has went as smooth as it has. James Nielson has also been a great help. Thanks guys!

My experience has been a nightmare with this company. They were very slow in fixing problems to the point I had to get the city involved. The house had severe damage after a winter storm and they forced me to pay a maintenance bill for it! Customer service was a joke as their staff tells you different things one day and the next day they no longer work there. I am highly disappointed in how I’ve been treated and billed for things I’m not responsible for as a renter. The manager of their maintenance department was very rude. This company must do a better job! FYI, the city informed me that I was not the only home neglected by this company so beware! I have photos of damage as proof given to the city after 3 months of neglect to fix problems. I pay my rent on time Monthly and it’s over 2k a month. I expected better service and professionalism!

Incompetent staff, slow responses, terrible vendors Our realtor with RW was amazing, but once we got handed off to the management side, things went downhill fast. No one communicates well, any repair take forever and usually must be redone, cases are closed for no reason, mistakes are made constantly. Our tenants were unhappy and we were unhappy. Save your money. Managing yourself is easier than using these clowns.

Mai Le did a great job helping me get through the rental process. She was at the viewing in person and ready to answer any questions I had, then she updated the whole way through the rental application process. We're super happy with the home! Thank you Mai!

I also deal with multiple staff personnel at the corporate level and always experience immediate response times- even after hours! I have been a vendor with RW for over three years and look forward to continuing service.
