Kohl's Kirkwood

Kirkwood hwy location had no carts. Nada. Nil. Not just all being used, what customers there were had no carts. Kohl's doesn't care about selling their merchandise? I'm handicapped, need that cart!! I'm sorry, Kohl's, pandemic ruined you I guess. Kohl's used to be my store. I loved it. I never had any rude employees, they were always happy, helpful . After pandemic, when we couldn't try on clothes, it got so 3/4 of the clothing floor space was sales due to all the returns. I cannot stand to go thru sales racks , bunches of different clothing, different brands together, shorts, pants, tops, coats, all together. EEK!! I've been to the store several times, don't seem to have much selection, clothes, shoes towels. I'm going to be really sorry to see you close.

Had everything I wanted and even thought the lines looked long, it moved quickly! Cashier was very pleasant and helpful!

I returned items from Amazon which I’ve done on several occasions. Today, I found myself having a peculiar experience. At the Amazon return desk a few people were in front of me so there was a bit of a wait. The lady directly in front of me had several items and I waited patiently as she and the Kohl’s employee chatted while the transaction concluded. As I stepped up to the counter I was told to wait as the lady finished boxing and taping up the items from her previous customer. Finally, she waited on me. After returning 2 items she asked me if I was finished rather abruptly and I responded no as with the customer previously I was returning several items. Her demeanor changed and she became much more friendly since I reminded her gently that like the lady before me I had multiple items. It’s as if since the previous customer took some time I was only going to get a minimum. Not sure why the difference occurred I turned away and noticed a long line had formed behind me. It got busy that quickly! However, I did believe that I should be permitted to take the time I needed since that courtesy had been previously been extended. Perhaps more customer service at the Amazon counter would fix this?

Good place to get nice clothes at a great price. Convenient for making Amazon returns.

The men's section here is a joke. 1 rolling rack of suits. A few dress pants. Everything else about the store is nice, but was disappointed about this.

Update—I don’t see a big change since they added Sephora. The Amazon returns process is still awesome. This Kohls is okay. There is a better one on Concord Pike. I find the selection at Concord Pick to have more variety. My favorite part of all the Kohl’s stores is the discount section. Of course when buying through that section you’re buying off season. Try checking it out on a weekly basis because the racks clear out quickly. This Kohl’s Amazon return section is excellent. Their quick and efficient, even in high traffic times. I use this store as my go to return location.

Very much organized, decent shoppers all the time, reasonable prices, various offers most of the times.
