I bought a lot of items only to wait for a cashier for while to check me out. Her attitude sucked. What happened to hello or sorry for keeping you waiting. I was so tempted to leave everything. Courtesy goes a long way. Next time I will definitely say something.she was being so rude and pulling the sensors with attitude. Hopefully there aren’t holes in my stuff. Smh

This used to be my store back in the day, this was my first time ever coming back in 15 years..and I should of never come back to this ratchet place! Poor costumer service!! When I was ready to pay for my stuff, the cashier said “this is a bunch of stuff, and you need to bring the hangers, because if not my store will close” OK? I have never heard in my life of a store closing because of hangers? But mind you the girl in front of me she was black and she was treated so well. The store is a hot mess first of all… it stinks just like the people working there… this store has become so ratchet… I was so surprised by how I was treated… but yet again what do you expect from ghetto employees? PLEASE do not go to this place… and it seems that only hispanic customers get disrespected. Never never, I hope this place shuts down.

I don’t understand why they haven’t opened there’s fitting room when everywhere else are and then they have some ridiculous policy of not returning some items like bodysuits. Why are they selling them? That’s crazy! I think they have to stop playing with the customers and allow them to try on their clothes.

Horrible customer service. The staff are very unprofessional and rude. The two ladies working, decided to leave the store at 10:00am to go to the pizza store instead of opening the store for customers. When i asked them what time they were going to open. The one lady said “when I’m done my errands, 5-10 minutes.” It’s already past opening time and they’re leaving for “errands”. I would not recommend this location at all!

Very nice, comfortable looking store. Everything was modern not like other locations ive visited love how diverse the store is now...also. Love how they prepare the mannequin for plus size women. its hard to find fashionable clothing sometimes, its easier with a little help. Awesome customer service, affordable clothing, i actually spend more than expected and still felt like i got a steal. Would completely recommend

So many options to choose from. Love their clothes. Great prices. Friendly people. So helpful. Rainbow shops never disappoint

So I went shopping with my mom and my 2 little sistersones handicap as soon as we walk in some guy and lady that work there started to stare at us. The kind of stare that makes you feel so uncomfortable. I started to walk around and he would keep staring... him and the lady where making it so obvious ofc so we knew they where talking about us.. As we are looking around we put my sisters wheelchair to the side and the lady asks my other sister to move her from where she’s at because she’s blocking the walk way.. As far as I know we left my sister on a side where no one was walking mind you we where the only ones at the store with some other lady. It’s really not fair for someone to judge kids with disabilities smhhh that really hurt us. Then we go up to pay and the “manager “ and the cashier are talking all loud and what not then my mom asks if the sandals we had bought where on sale as they said and the lady caught an attitude. Like what is wrong with everyone in that store?? These people they are hiring are so disrespectful and cruel

Say they open at 10 but don't open until 11...thats such an inconvenience and I hate this location

This Rainbow store was very dirty. There were clothes all over the floor, as well as trash. When I was ready to check out, I waited in line for about 5 minutes, while the two staff members working had a loud conversation about their personals lives. The PDQ terminal was broken off from its stand too. While I did find what I was looking for, I don’t think I’ll be visiting this store again.

They are rude & they didn’t want to take my return back . Just because the tag was off . Mind you I never worn the jeans not once and I explain to them that the tag was already off when I bought them I even asked if I was gonna ah e a problem with returning them because off the tag being off and I was told no , Now all of a sudden I can’t return it nor can i get my money back.after I left they started laughing as well such bad Customer service Btw this happen today at 5pm
