It’s a great store, workers are nice, and sweet they really are patient with others

Prices were pretty good, but the store was hot and dirty. Employees were rude and loudly talked about how much they hate working there, can't wait to leave, etc while at the cash register. Update: 10/6/22 I figured I'd try one last time bc I needed a cheap dress. Store was as dirty as always pics below and employees acted like they couldn't be bothered.

Mandee AKA Charlotte Russe is hit or miss. Some trips you come out with bags of really cute things. But there is that time or 2 when you walk the whole store twice and find nothing. Last visit they put out nothing but fleece PJs. I'm not one to wear PJs as regular clothes. Walk through on a regular, never know what you will find

Standing infront of this location as I type this. The website says this store opens at 11am and it says so on the times posted on the door. It is now 11:45am and not one person in sight to open this store. This is ridiculous.

Went to this location after work on a Friday. Arrived at 6:50p.m., store lights on and employees inside, but doors were locked even though the website states open til 8p.m. This was my daughter's treat and she really wanted to shop here so we tried again on Saturday. I checked the website, Saturdays open til 8p.m. and we arrived a bit earlier this time, around 630p.m. After about 10min of shopping we where advised they where getting ready to close. Lady who told us was cool and everytime I have shopped this location the women employees are all are kind and helpful so that's a plus. I did ask the employee why the website says Friday and Saturday close times are 8p.m. when they have closed before 7 the past few night. She told me the boss stays til 8p.m. but if they are working with out her they close earlier, due to not feeling safe leaving at 8. I get it, but if that's the case either get a security guard so your employees feel safe walking out at 8p.m. or PLEASE change your time to reflect your actual store hours. I wouldn't drive 40min away if I didn't love shopping at this location but when you can't call to confirm store hours because the phone is down and store hours depend on which employees are working you tend to find other places to take your money. I will return here because of all the other positives, friendly staff, good stock, great price but please update your website or get it straightened so we can call to check store hours at the very least. Today I went to exchange pants for my mom because she didn’t like them and the lady that made me the exchange did everything wrong. She said she took the security sensor from the new pants that I wanted and put it on the old pants that I returned she never did that. She kept the same sensor at the same pants that I wanted she charged me 5 dollars more and gave me the same pants that I was there to return the only thing she did was take the top sensor off and put it back to the pants I wanted and put it aside. She was rude and unprofessional I told her to check the cameras and she said she couldn’t because the monitor was somewhere else. I unfortunately did not have the receipt so there was no way to proof what I was saying. But cameras don’t lie and you’ll see this happened December 26 at around 5:30pm she also claimed that she was the manager.

This store is so unreliable. They close early every day and lock the doors so no one can get in and then ignore the people trying to shop. They’re currently closed for lunch and it’s 5:30pm. It’s very frustrating trying to even come here which is a shame because if you do get in they sometimes have cute items. It would be nice if they followed their own hours.

I haven’t visited this store since during Covid and didn’t shop here prior to the pandemic so I wasn’t aware that they had a different return policy during covid. I made a purchase last week and didn’t notice I was overcharged for a pair of pants. Came to return them today and had to get a store credit, which is fine I guess, but it was just the demeanor of the store associate. She wasn’t pleasant at all and instead of explaining that their return policy was different during the pandemic she nastily tells me it’s always been store credit since she stated working there last December. So I decide to walk around and spend this lil $20 store credit bc I don’t shop places that won’t give you your money back on a return, just a personal preference and idk if it was intentional, but soon as I get in line, sis walks away. But had to come back to help the person check me out anyway ‍ not to also mention, when I first got there I also was standing in line for quite some time and she’s standing at the register for a bit before calling me over.

Employees are rude!! I asked if the fitting room was opened she turned around and said what… no one asked if i needed help… didn’t say anything about the no refund policy until after my things were paid for. Store is absolutely raggedy.
