Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

I was here going through drive through trying to order stuff. They were not able to hear me on drive through. When I went up to the window, they had me repeat my order multiple times. Then, the cashier, Jess, told me the reason they couldn’t hear me was because I have a soft voice and I need to man up. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers, and this employee should be disciplined. I attempted to get the franchise owner’s number, and they refused. They gave me the number for the Bensalem Krispy Kreme instead. Shall never be returning to this store again.

Good location and engaging employees. There's also some seating. I just sat and enjoyed my donuts and coffee.

There's nothing like a Krispy Kreme glaze doughnut. If you don't mind waiting you can get fresh, hot, glazed doughnuts. I love the glaze, but my favorite is the apple cobbler. If you put it in the microwave for 10 seconds it is the best thing ever! The service is always friendly. Also keep your receipt. There's always a coupon at the bottom and you don't even have to take a survey.

My donut wasn't fresh . they had no glazed cream donut and this was 10 in the morning. I was very disappointed. My first time having crispy was in va they were soft and fresh. This one in NJ sucked.
