I cannot express how wonderful Krumm was. My home got hit by the June 2017 storm just as I was selling it. Krumm did everything within their power to make my transition easy. They talked with the insurance company, my realtor, and I believe even the buyers to ensure everything was going to be completed and clear by closing. Everyone in the office helps answer your questions. It is a company that knows their business and how to help their customers.

Terrible workmanship, horrible customer service. The problem we hired them to fix wasn't solved, and they do not return phone calls.

We had a deck resurfaced with maintenance free material. Carl and the guys who did the work were first class. Everything was done on time and the work with very professional. They insisted on a permit and Carl did a great job overcoming some silliness from the city. The guys who did the job were great to have around and took a lot of pride in the job. I literally don't know what more I could as of these guys. I would recommend them for decking without NO reservation. Thanks

Had Mike over to look at possible siding replacement. Looked my house over and showed me how my roof was rotting and mold was growing but told me my siding was fine. I did three quotes and he was in the middle of all of them. The work was exceptional. His crews are highly professional. Being a commercial contractor, I know I would not be an easy customer. I have no complaints. I would recommend Krumm over anyone and when the time comes for any other house projects, they will be the first on my list to call. From the workmanship to the crew attitudes, nothing but outstanding.
