I had my order delivered and the staff were very friendly and quick to deliver. If you call for delivery, its faster and cheaper than doordashing it as well! The sushi was fresh and warm when I got it and tasted amazing.Takeout: YesDelivery: YesCurbside pickup: Yes
***NOT SAFE FOR PEOPLE WITH REAL GLUTEN ALLERGY*** As someone with a severe gluten allergy I asked repeatedly if the soy sauce was gluten free and I was assured it was. I even went to the restaurant in person to pick it up and asked them again if it had wheat. The shop worker told me she had checked the packaging and stated it had no wheat. Later, they called me to tell me they had made a mistake and it had wheat but I had already eaten the food. The sushi itself was tasty but I will absolutely get sick and that sucks after checking and re-checking to make sure it was safe.
The sushi rolls were very tasty, and the folks working were friendly. The rolls were not super well put together; about half the pieces fell apart halfway to my mouth. But I would still go again. Parking: Street parking only; I had to walk there from the next block. Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible
This is a hole-in-the-wall sushi place for takeout. They have one tiny table for the rare person who wants to eat in, but it's really a place focused on and set up for takeout. We usually pick up our food so that's it's more freshly made. We will often get one of the fixed-price roll meals, since the sushi is very affordable that way, and then add on a couple of the fancier special rolls. The adults in our household prefer their special rolls; our kid likes the simpler ones. We also like their scallion pancakes. The first time we went there, we accidentally ordered all rolls with "crunch," and it was too filling / greasy for what sushi usually is. The next time, we fixed our error and paid more attention, so that we ordered 1 roll with crunch and other kinds without, and it was just right. Overall, solid sushi.
Busy Saturday night - so of course I understand that 30 min is not a reasonable ETA for sushi and tempura. But it was 45 min late we live 6 min away. We ordered 2 spicy crunchy tuna rolls and 1 spicy crunchy salmon roll -- we got all crunchy tuna rolls. It didn't taste super fresh. Next time I'll pick up instead
I feel bad for not being able to give a better review as the people running the place were so lovely. But, one of the rolls was not one we ordered and two of them were not good. The pancake things were nice. But having two rolls we couldn't eat made it not good value for the price.
Good food. Fast service. Very inexpensive. I'm there at least twice a week.
Pros: tasty and fresh sushi I got the rainbow roll and angel roll and quick delivery. Cons: the seafood hot soup contained mostly broccoli and broth. There were only 2 pieces of small shrimp and two mussles. Plus, the broth lacked flavor and tasted more like water with hot sauce added to it. There is no option to enter coupon/discount code offered by restaurant nor is it entered automatically even after you click on the advertisement on their site. Overall, I would order the sushi again but not the soup.
Great deal for sushi. Get the lunch or dinner special, 3 good sized rolls for under $15. There aren't as many options for the deal but worth it, with plenty of other rolls if the basic ones don't meet your needs. Takeout only but ready quickly. Really fresh fish, mango, and avocado.
It's sushi and they deliver. All the food we got was divine. The Kumo salad was such a wonderful mix of fresh, crunchy and spicy. The portion size for the price we paid was phenomenal. This will definitely be one of top go to place for delivery.
