Kung Pao Wok

I’m not a picky eater but I was sorely disappointed in the quality of food here. The chow mein tasted like it had been microwaved from yesterday’s leftovers. The chicken was fatty and the flavor honestly wasn’t worth it in my opinion. I threw out half my plate.

Rude staff, gooey, chewy, overcooked chicken. They charge you for an extra entree if you want 1/2 rice 1/2 noodles. $3 for a bottled Coke, and they won't give you I've water. You have to buy a $3 bottle. Not a good experience, terrible value. Eat somewhere else.

Worst customer service specialy the cashier 1st and last time I come here with this people

My wife wanted to have a complementary water but the worker said cannot and talked to her co-worker in Spanish and laughed. According to the receipt the cashier was a manager and she should know not talk in a foreign language and laugh in front of a customer. Bad customer service.
