Kyoto Japanese Steak House

First time here with a group of 8 and it's already a bad impression. Never in my life have I ever had a server asked us to write down our order on a piece of paper sheet... seriously? Food was cold and i don't see why people are rating this 5 stars. After getting our checks, there was some sort of drama with our server and my group that we just wanted to leave asap. If you want real quality food, avoid this place.

Very fresh ingredients perfectly cooked. Extremely friendly staff, and all for a bargain price. Seriously there is nothing that compares to Koyoto. Oh and did I mention very reasonably priced cocktails poured by Angela and the other lovely bartenders. This place rocks.

Wasn’t impressed with the food nor the service. It was extremely crowded and the waiting time that was supposed to be only 15 minutes took longer than 45 minutes. The chicken that I ordered for my son came out so fast so I really do appreciate that, but other than this, I didn’t like what our food tasted like and I’m not thinking of trying this place again.

It's a Hibachi. Lots of fire. Food is quite decent, price is very reasonable. I'll most likely pay them a visit every time I'm in the area.

Have been to Kyoto a few times since moving to Tewksbury back in 2016. I have dined at the main dining area and I've had Hibachi as well. I've always had a good experience here. Love their Bento Box, everything tasted really fresh and delicious. The Hibachi was fun and also very delicious food. Their drinks are nice and well balanced, not too strong and not too weak. Has become one of my favorite places to go for Hibachi and Japanese food in the area.
