When I was in the office, I used to stop by this location at least once a month to pick up their hand lotions or soaps. The staff is usually very friendly and nice. A few times, I did meet a rather pushy sales rep.

My fav place for skin care and face products. Their anti-aging line is life changing! All of the staff are happy and helpful.

I received great service at this location while buying a gift for my husband. The gift was nicely wrapped at no additional charge. Nice touch!

Kind and patient staffs help me selecting gift items for my friends very well.

For the ridiculous prices I would expect much higher-end ingredients. They're also a bit aloof and snobbish at this location. Go downstairs to Whole Foods - they have better body products and a slightly more friends staff.

I love the products at L'Occitane. The Verbana products are my favorite. I went to this location today looking for a new hand cream, and Lauren was very helpful with finding me a product for my hands to get me through the winter. She also gave me a few samples which I can't wait to try!

Great products though on the pricey side. Men's shave stuff is really good the Cade line is excellent!. The shaving cream is so so but the soap is wonderful and the aftershave balm is soothing. They should bring back the Cade aftershave splash though! The hand cream is amazing too.

Love getting my products from here and Gloria is a sweetheart I totally recommend asking for her she is very knowledgeable and totally sweet
