Go to anyone except Gayane! Came a few weeks ago to get a waxing service and the way Gayane was doing it was taking longer and requires going over the area more time than the other wax specialists did not pleasant. I made a suggestion and instead of apologizing or being responsive she proceeds to lecture me about how I should just see someone else if I don't trust her in a very condescending tone, and follows me out and tells the receptionist I won't be seeing her again, as if I need her to speak on my behalf. Used to go here regularly but have stopped since then.
Lena is the best! She always makes me feel so comfortable, and my experience is relatively pain free for all services. 10/10 would recommend her.

I been visiting New York 2 weeks ago and decided to do my waxing there. Found European waxing center and decided to try. I would recommend that place , especially I loved Gayane , such an amazing personality and extremely professional person. Been a great experience and definitely will visit that place again.
