Overall, I would give my experience a 4/5 just because the workers are not the most charismatic however, they work quickly and effectively. Just let them know that you don’t want a super thin eyebrow. If you’re going for the fuller affect and just give them a gentle reminder to not be rough and you should be in good hands.Services: Eyebrow shaping
The service was pretty decent. My eyebrows came out great but they didn't do a good job on my black heads very little effort was put into it. I literally wasted my mney on that. If you wish to get your eyebrows done I recommend it here. Cother than that I would try and stay away from any other services.
Needed an emergency brow job before a face beat and the makeup artist suggested the nearby Perfect Brows. It was awesome. I walked in and was seated immediately. They asked thread or wax and I paid $8 plus tip for the threading! Great, friendly service and my brows weren't over done but the perfect shape! Thank you, Perfect Brows.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. My eyebrows have never been so thin and non existent than after going here. The service was horrible. She did the threading in about 15 seconds removing most of my eyebrows. Please don’t ever go here!!!Service: Eyebrow threading
Brow threading was fine but eyelash tint burned my eyes terribly and did nothing to make them stand out other than red eyes!Service: Eyebrow threading
Not disappointed but not happy . The Asian lady probably from Philippine. She cut my skin. from more than 6 places the blood was coming out. My skin was burning so badly. She was unkind and doing my brows so quickly. But the shape was ok. Please if u go their tell that lady to be gentle on your skin .it’s really painful. Wish I could post a pic of the cuts of my browService: Eyebrow threading
The threading lady literally cuts into your skin— you can see slices on my eyebrows from the thread. She is really rough. The wax they use for your upper lip is also terrible— I don’t even have sensitive skin but the whole area is bright red. The Perfect Brows on 72nd and Broadway is MUCH better.
I’ll never come here again. The lady that did my eyelashes almost glued my eye shut. I see why this place is always so empty.
This happened to me a few months ago, but I just realized I never wrote the review. NO SOAP! I went in after work and asked if they had any soap or makeup remover so I could remove my makeup for eyelash tinting. They said they didn’t, just water. I clarified that even hand soap would do. They didn’t even have that! It’s the middle of a pandemic and they don’t have soap?!?! Does this mean the employees won’t wash their hands?!?! I used to go to the Perfect Brows up in the 80’s and I liked them, so I figured they would all be good. Now I’m not sure if I’d feel comfortable goin to any of them anymore!
