I am a big soul cycle fan and pretty picky about where I go for cycling.  Figured I would try something new and glad I did.  I loved it. Studio is great and Laurie could not have been more accommodating.  Knowing this was my first time she walked me through how she does her work out and made great suggestions. Even with an injury, she killed the class. Great playlist even better work out.  Gym was very clean and very nice.  Perfect for a Sunday ride.
