La Cruzada Restaurant

Excellent home cooked style traditional Mexican food. Accompanied by a great selection of salsa from a serve yourself salsa and condiment bar. Complimentary salsa and chips were fresh and delicious. Service though a little slow, was friendly and efficient. Drink selection was amazing, but most were excessively sweet. Meat was flavorful and tasted fresh. The restaurant was packed when we arrived at 3 pm., and stayed busy while we dined. All in all a great find in Homestead.

Great food, really great actually and just what I was after. I'm rating 4 stars because my wife took our little one to the bathroom and came back afterwards saying it was disgusting. I think establishments should either look after toilets themselves or if they can't/don't want to, they should get a contractor cleaner in once very few days or something instead. Whilst I don't want to incinuate, if they had a clean toilet you'd feel no doubt confident they have a clean kitchen! I didn't visit the toilet so my experience wasn't tainted by this and my only memory of the place was great food.

Fantastic vegetarian options! I had the veggie chimichanga and loved every bite! Very authentic and high quality Mexican food.

This place is single handledly one of the most exquisite mexican food joints in Homestead. I travelled 40 miles to come and eat here and there was no regrets. Everything from scrumptious meals to the kind and welcoming staff is 10:10 would recommend to a friend. You have to come here!

delicious food and solid vibe. a bit of a random location, but if you're on the road and feeling some awesome mexican food, it's hard to beat
