Need better merchandise. Everything feels and looks super cheap. Bought some dresses and they either ripped, stitching came out or felt scratchy on me.

My nephew bought me a handbag and jewelry for Christmas.  The zipper on bag was broken.The owner not only told me to keep the bag and jewelry, but helped me, through pictures, to select another bag which she sent to me . She was very professional and kind AND I love my new bag .

Friendly accommodating staff that always greet you with a smile.  They are always willing to help you to find that perfect outfit for every occasion .

The customer service was excellent,  the clothes were affordable and I had lots of choices.  When I order online my delivery was always on time. I  am definitely shopping there again.

La Elite Couture is very fashionable, friendly. I needed an all white outfit and they had that just for me. I will be shopping there again.
