La Tolteca - Wilmington, DE

There food is so good and authentic. Oh my goodness nothing was dry and nothing was watery it was just right. Their service is real good too and they don't rush you. They also come out with the food under 20 minutes. I would definitely request this place. It's so darn amazing.

Friendly staff, quick service. They also have lots of kids' options- the whole place is very family friendly. The kitchen had trouble getting things made to order correctly, but our waiter checked on it after delivered and made it right. They have a guava smoothie that is made with real guava, and it is really good!

One of my favorite restaurants. Food is always good and always ready fast. Very clean place with good servers. You can get very authentic dishes and tamer more Americanized stuff too. Free chips and salsa makes it an even better value. Can't say enough nice things.

So many disappointing things to say about this restaurant... The service was lackluster to start and felt like it got worse as the evening went on. Our margarita wasn't even filled and barely allowed for 5 sips. The tableside guacamole wasn't terrible but we asked for it medium and could barely taste the jalapenos. We even had to ask for more tomatoes, onion, and cilantro because the girl barely put any in. We were served food that (no joke) looked and tasted like it came out of a bag. We had to ask for our sides for the fajitas (guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes), which not only was an afterthought, the guacamole looked like those prepackaged guac in a bags you find in the grocery store. I can't believe we were charged for a second salsa (to split between two people) and it was a fight to get a single extra tortilla (3 came with the entree) for a shared fajita dish without being charged. I had to ask multiple times to receive my ordered sour cream and you better believe we were charged for that as well. Such a disappointment... I've been to LaTolteca before in Maryland and it was delicious. I have minimal nice things to say about this restaurant. It was edible so we ate. No complaining could have fixed out meal so we left it alone and will just not go back.

the food is really good and they might take long but at the end the food is really good and u pay for quality and they have that.
