Samuel and John were very helpful and made the process of finding a new look for our living room a lot of fun as well! They spent a lot of time talking with us and listening to our likes dislikes and then sharing a variety of options with us. We can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive and for them to come help us put it together! These two are phenomenal!

We chose to buy our new living room recliners from La-Z-Boy because we could each get the type of chair we wanted but in the same material. We were also able to find a material that almost perfectly matches our couch so that made us happy. The salesman was patient with me because I was indecisive on which model of chair I wanted, there is such a vast selection. Finally, even though we placed a custom order we still received the President’s Day discount price, which was terrific.

Walked into the store and immediately saw what I wanted. I love it! It fit nicely in the back of my Rav 4!

Samuel Vargas was an excellent salesman!! He answered all of my questions and concerns about the lift chair I was purchasing for my disabled husband. He was very courteous and very nice! Thank you Samuel for your excellent care of me!!

Sam and Klei at the west side store were Great!! They helped me design my room and stay at my budget. Most importantly-they listened, were respectful , and never pushy. I’ll buy more furniture from them in the future.

From start to final purchase & placement of orders, Mary Beth & Kleimer were helpful in giving advice, guidance & details of Recliners, couches, tables & lamps. Kleimer did an excellent job in drawing out the living set with perfect matching of colors & textures that matched our existing home decor. He even came to our house to make measurements. Wow loved what he recommended w Mary Beth’s input from my first visit w her.

I highly recommend you not buy furniture from La-Z-Boy Furniture in Albuquerque. I purchased a set of furniture from the Westside store in May and waited until October for delivery. That was okay but when the furniture finally arrived, all but one piece was not what I ordered. Then I was told that the model of sofa I wanted is discontinued. I returned everything that was delivered and after the La-Z-Boy Westside manager tried to sell me other items that didn’t work for us, we decided to cancel the order and be credited our deposit. That was almost two weeks ago. I waited five days for credit of my account before attempting to contact the manager and leaving messages for a callback without success. Friday I went to the branch and talked to the vice president of both Albuquerque stores and once again requested a credit for my deposit. The credit was submitted and four days later still no money in my account. Me and my family are totally disappointed with this experience at La-Z-Boy and will never step foot in another one of their stores ever again. Be warned, your business isn’t that important to La-Z-Boy.

You will love the chair but you will be disappointed when it falls apart. The salesman will repeat 1000 times lifetime warranty on the mechanism but they won’t tell you is that labor is not covered and they charge $125 an hour to work on a chair which when compared to dealer rates for automobiles at $140 an hour makes no sense at all. Very frustrated that the chair screws are falling out which ruined the Pawl mechanism and ratchet And now I am looking at one to two hours of labor even though the parts may be free so $250 to fix a chair that cost me $1500 a year ago.

Mary Beth Groom is an absolute delight to work with. I have made several purchases with her now and I cannot recommend her enough. Today I purchased bedroom furniture and Mary Beth brought in Kleimer Rambao Quintero to help with questions that I had about the furniture and design. He has an excellent eye for design and was able to fully answer all of my questions as well as make recommendations for additional accessories for the room. All of my questions were answered by these two professionals and I truly wish I could give them more than 5 stars. La-z-boy furniture is quality and American Made! It really doesn’t get any better. Thank you so much Mary Beth and Kleimer!

Wonderful experience at the Albuquerque Ellison store. Sam salesperson and Kleimer designer were so helpful, patient and kind. Can’t wait to get my new furniture!
