Experience was great, knew exactly what I was looking for and would definitely recommend Derrick or Keisha as your personal sales reps! They got me a good price for my new LG XBOOM Bluetooth speaker.

I had a quick easy process with Conn's. Andres was wonderful he got right on it so my problem got me out the door in less than 30 minutes. I appreciate his promptness and his friendliness he was super courteous and more than willing to help me. You should have more people like him on your staff. Also the manager on duty I forget his name was. He was outstanding as well they're just a group of friendly individuals ready to help. I would tell anybody to go there.

The sales individual who helped us was Jonathan B. He made our experience wonderful! He was understanding. He had an answer for all of our questions and helped us get approved for what we were really looking for in upgrading our home. The service was outstanding!! Just gonna add, Jonathan deserves a raise!

Great experience. Great service from Marcus and his manager. Received follow up call a few hours after we left about our experience. Then a couple of contacts regarding the delivery. So pleased the items were in stock and would be delivered the next day which is New Year’s Day. I would highly recommend this store and will be shopping there again.

As soon as I applied on line for Conns credit, I received a cal from a store representative by the name of Ivan. He was polite, courteous, and extremely helpful. The process was easy and informative. Their selection of products was amazing. I love the fact that they provide one year interest free options.

We purchased couch and love seat 3 months ago. Garret was fantastic. We went back to purchase coffee tables and end tables. Furniture is holding up very well. Everyone is super nice and helpful. We have had zero issues.

This has been such a horrible experience. I had used Conns before in the past with no issues but please GO ELSEWHERE. Three deliveries and I still have NO DRYER The representative that originally took my information processed my account under my maiden name. my old profile after i asked for all of my information to be updated. Also put the wrong phone number in. This resulted in my first delivery being canceled due to no confirmation. Cant confirm when the number is incorrect. When they finally brought my dryer, it was defective and did not turn on. They took it back and said someone would call me for a new delivery. Two days later and no had contacted me so I called to schedule the next delivery. This delivery they brought a FLOOR MODEL that was also DEFECTIVE. Its Christmas and I have not been able to wash clothes for over two weeks. The only thing i can say is the delivery personnel have been very friendly.

When we bought the dishwasher we ordered the installation as well. Nobody told us that the installation and the delivery will be different. After the delivery we were told that they will install it in the next day, which was the day before thanksgiving. So I took another day off as the time interval was from 8AM until 5PM, but nobody came and I not only wasted a vacation day, but I also couldn’t help my wife to buy things for thanksgiving. They still haven’t contacted us to arrange the installation. I will never buy anything at Conn’s ever again.

Jovian Gray was great! She was experienced and had a great attitude even though she was having a busy day. I really do appreciate people who know how to put customer service first thanks Jovona!

DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!! WORSE THAN PAYDAY LOANS!!!! Should of known this was a mistake...yes they will Con you! I wish I could give them -10 stars! A simple 5k purchase is now 10k. Plus, they tell you that if you have home owners insurance, that they will waive it....another rlie. I have given them this information 3 times now, and they have no records of this. The store will ignore your emails, disconnect or hang up on you when you call. ThIs has got to be the worse store in New Mexico!
