Mattress Firm

Came in to look at mattresses today. Little did we think we’d end up buying one. The service was great. The staff was knowledgeable. At the end of the day we’d recommend to anyone.

Went in looking for a new mattress, Lance Store Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased our mattresses with such an ease from start to finish. Called to get an update on if our mattresses had come in and spoke with someone named Marcus he was the most rude and unprofessional individual sales person I had ever dealt with. I WOULDN’T recommend dealing with this salesperson. Wait to speak to Lance or someone else, otherwise great store and great experience.

I just bought a bed y’all. Thank you to Tai at Mattress Firm I was able to buy my bed with ease. He helped me find a perfect fit. Highly recommend.

I purchased a foundation recently from Lance at Mattress Firm and it was delivered by Pepe and Beto who were polite and professional. They were in and out in a flash and respectful. Thanks to all of you.

Store Manager Lance Madrid was so knowledgeable about the products they sell. He listened to what I needed and led me to the perfect mattress at an affordable price. They will deliver it in 2 days!!

Mike was so helpful and did not pressure us. Showed us multiple beds since we are new parents and healthcare workers. Helped us get the best for our price limit. Highly recommend getting a bed from Mike. So excited for better sleep. Well almost 100% satisfaction...told us that we were goin get a new frame and they never delivered

I walked in to see what was on offer, and wound up staying over an hour, due to the incredible knowledge base of Michael Gonzales. What I most appreciated was his focus on various medical and health benefits of the different types of mattresses. I was very impressed!

The service was awesome the two guys were sweet and kind. I was totally impressed and they were very informative about the bed I wanted. Thank you guys for awesome service. I want to add an update, I finally received my Temperpedic twin mattress with elevating bed base on Friday April 15, 2022 even though it doesn't have the vibrating massage that I thought it would I am very surprised. You see I have osteoarthritis in my lower back, knees and shoulders and hands and sleeping on a regular twin bed I was always waking up with terrible back pain but since I have been sleeping on my new bed I wake up with no back pain. True the pain returns during the day but to wake up and be able to get out of bed and have no problem walking is amazing. Thank you Temperpedic and especially I want to say thank you to the guys at Mattress Firm for wonderful service. I love my new bed. You guys are awesome.

We had a pretty good experience here. The store manager, Lance is accommodating to any issues that do happen to arise. We purchased a tempurpedic that ended up being too soft for our comfort. Mattress Firm really does stand by their comfort guarantee and that is why I've only purchased my mattresses from here. I really appreciate the customer service.
