Lab Corporation

Called twice the phone system disconnect me before I can talk to anyone. How do I schedule an appointment when I cant talk to anyone.

I see why 2 stars, unconcerned company, along with employees. I called needing info on a Monday morning, to possibly speak with someone about getting lab work or an appointment. I spoke with a female named Angela, she was so unprofessional and impatient, while I was still talking she slammed the phone down, and I have yet to speak with someone and it’s late Tuesday afternoon. Beware of this company and Angela.

Always on time and curteous. Usually only one in the office but still on time when I've scheduled on line.

Worst health type care ever. One person working in office. 10 people waiting for tests. They must make money and high stock prices because no overhead for staffing. When have 2 hour window for employee drug screens their bread and butter here you would think have more than one person working. G
