Getting simple access to a person is very difficult. I work at a hospice and wanted to pick up supply for blood draw and spent 30 minutes on the phone and still was not able to reach a person to arrange pick up of tubes for lab draw.

Got a set of cultures done and the prices where: Aerobic culture: $82 Anaerobic: $160 Sensitivity: $60 How in the world to people pay for this without insurance. That’s ridiculous. This is why people try avoiding the doctors office.

I had a great experience considering the circumstances (getting my blood drawn). The lady at the front desk was really friendly to me, then she took my blood and did a great job!! I'll use this facility again if I ever have to again!

Employees are really rude. Customer Service skills should be a priority.!!!! No matter what the field of work is. A simple smile and or saying Good Morning takes a mere split second.

Very good experience. Lottie was wonderful, very friendly and helpful! She also was able to draw the blood painlessly! Will be back!!
