Entrance needs to be more visible. It is in the corner with trees blocking the visibility. It is the same building as 404, just left of the 404 entrance. The lobby is nice, clean, and looks new, and the receptionist has a nice attitude. Yes, this location is appointments only with no blood test. This could be the reason it is now better managed than the other location, plus there's currently a shortage of staff for testing, appointments are highly recommended. It was a painless trip, once you found the big red "402" on the corner entrance.

Went in for a drug test for employment, the process went quickly and the staff we're friendly.

Walkins welcome.... But you can only have it by appointment only. Disappointing. Not open Saturdays. Guilty until proven innocent is what they say!
