Quest Diagnostics New Brighton PSC

To all of those who review Quest, keep in mind some facts about this industry before judging staff: 1) They deal with people who are nervous about drug tests 2) They deal with people who are nervous about their health 3) They deal with people who might not be there by choice 4) They aren't paid particularly well 5) They have to handle your blood, urine, feces while you leave bad reviews on your phone and insult their performance and their job With these facts in mind, tempers run high, the staff deal with it all, and are on the front line. A little civil patience goes a long way. I've been here twice now and I've always been ok with the staff. They seem a little distant but I try to be civil and nice. I also only had to wait for a short while (

Becky was very friendly and helpful, and made me feel very at ease during my urine test for employment. The facility is nice and clean. I came at 9:40AM on a Friday and was out by 10:00AM. Going to places like this is never 'fun', but Becky and Quest Diagnostics made it as painless as possible.

I had a 3 hour test that requires a lot of waiting around in the waiting area. No one at reception - just a computer monitor to check in. No restroom in the waiting area. They also forgot to do one of my other tests. One positive - the woman who did my test was very nice.

Been here an hour and only 3 people have gotten tests done, they are very slow. The waiting room is full and no one at front desk. Terrible customer service. Would not reccomend to anyone, DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give a zero star rating, I definitely would.

Take a lot of the reviews with a grain of salt, they do drug screenings so I'd imagine a lot of people have bad days the day they visit. HOWEVER, they were a little cold and unfriendly. They weren't rude, but expect to feel like a file folder more than a person. My tech took my waist measurement OUTSIDE my sweatshirt, which effected my health scores and will cost me money in insurance discounts. All my scores have always been in the green/healthy range, 100% prior to this visit. This is the only one ever to be in the cautionary range, and its not because I'm less healthy. That's unacceptable.
