One of Staffs was not friendly and the language spoke to customers very restricted and unacceptable. I had not complained waiting for an hour due to so many people require processes. But still Very disappointed for this facility in Upland my living township.
Horrible service. Waited 2 hours in my car for my newborn to have STAT labs done, received a text to go in 5min before they went to lunch. I was parked far because the parking was full. By the time I got my baby in his car seat and walked to the office they were closed. I waited another hour. When they returned from lunch they refused to take me right away, they said I had to re-check in and wait till they text me again. Their policy gives the patient a 15 min window from the time they text, however after 5min I was denied. It’s hot and you’re not allowed to wait in the office nor lobby. This is ridiculous.
Do not came here!!! They will have you hours and hours waiting outside with no shade, kids, pregnant ladies, older people ...horrible and careless
Don’t go here on Saturday. 1 star for waisting my time.
Awefull place to go take your glucos test checked in 2 hour before exam and turned me away Check in option doesn't even give you the option to tell them than right away. Such an inconvenience I don't recommend this place horrible visit They need to strategically come up with a better way to communicate with a patient during checked. Do not come here aweful experience
Never can get anyone on the phone. Says they are open on Saturdays but when I drove all the way here, they are closed with no sign of opening
Came in today no appt. I checked in and 5 minutes later got called back. Ms Janet was nice considerate and I barely felt anything when she drew 2 viles. This is my go to lab Corp from now on.
Was there checked in around 11:20 asked around 11:40 what would be the estimate time i would be seen front desk said not until 1pm..so MY MISTAKE was believing her and going to get something to eat…10 mins later i got the text the tech was ready to see me…and i just ordered my food hahaha……moral of the story dont believe their estimated times…dont be me haha
This is a busy place, i had an appointment at 2 and i was barely seen after 3. I had to ask, i guess they misplaced my paperwork. No apologies. And the lady that i got was in a hurry to leave, i asked if she could slow down. My experiences at labcorp are usually poor.
Went in to do blood work yesterday & it took 1 hr & 45 min, I could not believe it took so long! They usually Aren't so slow. The Woman took a person back every 10-15 minutes to take blood. There seem to be one person taking blood when there was at least 6 workers!! The need to get more help with the volume of people that go there. The staff is usually friendly but it seemed like they were overwhelmed and really didn't look up at you.
